Student Counselling and Wellbeing at the University of Leeds offers free, confidential support from trained counsellors, wellbeing practitioners and mental health advisers to help you through personal or emotional challenges while you’re studying.
Support includes:
- one-to-one counselling and wellbeing appointments
- wellbeing groups, workshops and relaxation sessions
- self-help resources for stress, homesickness and common challenges
- support specifically for postgraduate researchers
