Healthwatch Leeds focuses on mental health crisis

Healthwatch Leeds is an independent organisation that listens to people's experiences of health and social care services. This year a key focus of Healthwatch Leeds' work programme will be mental health in Leeds.

They are starting with a focus on mental health crisis. Mental health crisis means when you or someone you know no longer feels able to cope or be in control of their situation.

Healthwatch Leeds wants to know about the experience of people in mental health crisis and their carers, family and friends.

They are gathering people's views in a variety of ways and will be sharing findings and recommendations with the service providers and commissioners.

They have set up an online survey for people to complete. You can also request a paper copy of the survey by contacting Healthwatch Leeds: call 0113 898 0035 or email
