HEE launches survey of NHS staff workplace wellbeing
Earlier this year Health Education England (HEE) launched a Commission on the wellbeing and mental health of staff and learners in the NHS.
The Commission wants to hear directly from individuals and organisations including NHS staff, students, apprentices and trainees; educational and professional bodies; employers; patients and the public about the challenges within the system and find examples of good practice.
The HEE wants to be clear about the true extent and nature of the problems that exist, and hear evidence of what works well or what can best be done to make sure NHS staff and learners are happy and fulfilled in their work.
Experiences and knowledge shared will help to inform the HEE's thinking and help them to develop recommendations for improvement that will be published as part of the Commission report.
You can find out more about the work of the Commission and have your say on the HEE's website here.
