MindWell’s campaign for World Mental Health Day this year will explore the relationship between Coronavirus and mental wellbeing.

The campaign, which will launch on Monday 5 October and run until World Mental Health Day on 10 October, will look at the different ways that the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted our mental health wellbeing (including the positive) and offer information about support available in Leeds and self-care strategies that can help us cope better with stress and anxiety.

MindWell will also be celebrating the way Leeds organisations have used creative projects to support people’s wellbeing over the last few months and how this work has captured people’s experiences of living in a pandemic. We’ll be sharing poetrycollections, dance videos, podcasts, writing and sewing workshops, online art exhibitions and postcards created by communities in Leeds. We’re amazed at all the fantastic work that’s been created!
