Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service is running Coping With Covid-19 Online Group Classes. These are four-week courses, developed and delivered live online, using the basic principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to look specifically at how and why the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our mental wellbeing.
