Live Well Leeds

From the 1 April, existing community based mental health services run by Touchstone, Community Links and Leeds Mind will become part of the new mental health service in Leeds called Live Well Leeds.

Live Well Leeds will work with adults aged 18+ (17+ for people transitioning from children's mental health services) who have mild to moderate mental health support needs.

It will deliver a range of services that include one-to-one support, group support, peer support, befriending and volunteering opportunities.

If you live in the Leeds Metropolitan District or are registered with a Leeds GP, you can self-refer to the service, or, referral is through a professional. The service will accept new referrals by phone, online, post or in person from May 2019.

The service will be delivered by Touchstone with 18 other providers including Dosti, Community Links Mental Health Support Service, Making Space Befriending, Leeds Mind Key Working, Befriending, some peer support activity groups and three art classes at Inkwell.
