Live Well Leeds

Live Well Leeds is a mental health support service for people aged 18+ (17+ if they are transitioning from children's mental health services) who have mild to moderate mental health support needs.

The service was commissioned by Leeds City Council and NHS Leeds Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) for five years from 1 April 2019.

The service delivers a range of services that include one-to-one support, group support, peer support, befriending and volunteering opportunities.

If you live in the Leeds Metropolitan District or are registered with a Leeds GP, you can self-refer to the service, or, referral is through a professional. The service will accept referrals by phone, online, post or in person.

The service is delivered by Touchstone with 18 other providers including Dosti, Community Links Mental Health Support Service, Making Space Befriending, Leeds Mind Key Working, Befriending, some peer support activity groups and three art classes at Inkwell.
