The Reclaim counselling service provides free therapeutic support for adults registered with GP surgeries in the West Leeds areas of Bramley and Armley. Referral through social prescribing or GP surgery only.
It offers one-to-one support from qualified counsellors and a series of short term groups for people with mild to moderate health problems.
Reclaim works closely with social prescribing services and health professionals in GP surgeries in Armley and Bramley to identify the people most in need of a one-to-one service. The service is closed to general referrals.
The therapeutic groups are available to anyone from Leeds. The range of groups on offer includes men only, women only and other options. Find out more about the groups on the Barca-Leeds website.
