The LDVS Helpline is open 24 hours every day for confidential support, information and access to emergency accommodation for women and men experiencing violence, fear or abuse at home. If you’re experiencing domestic violence and need somewhere to go, you can call at any time day or night.
If calling is unsafe, a webchat service is now being offered from Monday to Friday from 1pm to 4pm – you can talk with them live or leave a message using the blue chat box. If you’re in immediate danger, call 999 (press 55 after the emergency number if you’re in danger and unable to speak).
LDVS supports anyone experiencing domestic violence and abuse and actively encourages people from LGBT+ communities to access their support.
