Live Well Leeds is a mental health support service, based in the community, for people who have mild to moderate mental health support needs (diagnosed or not).
The service covers the whole of Leeds and is a partnership between 14 local organisations. It offers a range of services that include one-to-one support, wellbeing courses, activity-based groups, social drop-ins and volunteering. You can find details of all Live Well Leeds support groups on their website.
If you live in Leeds or are registered with a Leeds GP, and are aged 18 and over (17 and over if transitioning from children’s mental health services) you can self-refer to the service by completing the online referral form or calling 0113 219 2727.
