NHS Leeds CCG and Leeds City Council want to work with the people of Leeds to co-produce a new model for community-based mental health support in Leeds.

NHS Leeds CCG and Leeds City Council both commission the voluntary and community third sector to deliver a number of community-based adult mental health services. These services deliver important elements of the Leeds community mental health support offer.

They want to work with current and past users of services, their families and/or carers as well as providers of services and their staff to review and improve these services.
