The Association of Blind Asians (ABA) is a city wide charitable organisation for people with visual impairments. ABA provides 1 to 1 support and advocacy support every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. They run basic English language courses, art and craft groups, IT courses, yoga sessions and out of city trips. They also provide health and wellbeing advice, exercise activities which include men`s walking group and chair based exercise.
