This is a monthly peer support group that offers carers the opportunity to chat and share experiences with others, to get information, advice and to focus on their own wellbeing.
The group is run in partnership with Carers Leeds. The group meets every third Wednesday in the month. If you would like to join in, please email: pdcarers.lypft@nhs.net and they can send you an invite.
