Specialist Autism Services offers Autism-specific counselling for adults over the age of 18.
The counselling is not free, but the cost of £55 per session could be paid by the NHS. You would need to take the counselling information and talk to your GP. All the self-referral information and forms are available on Specialist Autism Services website.
