Belle Isle Senior Action (BISA) is a neighbourhood network supporting people aged 60 and over living in the Belle Isle area. They help older people stay independent and reduce loneliness by providing activities, practical support and help at home.
Support includes:
- social activities and opportunities to meet other people
- practical help at home, including gardening, shopping, cleaning and a handyperson service
- health and wellbeing activities
- befriending for people who would benefit from regular visits
- advice and information
- winter warmth and home safety support
The service is for people aged 60 and over living in the Belle Isle area.
