A Benefit Buddy is a person who will help you if you have any benefit problems. They can assist you deciding what benefits you’re eligible for and help you apply.
Benefit Buddies can help you: with a full benefit check, apply for benefits online or paper, help you find support for appeals, provide information and leaflets, assist you with job searching and with your jobseeker agreement/jobseeker interviews, attend medical assessments/interviews with you (and take notes), attend benefit appeal hearings with you (but not represent you).
