Caring Together is a neighbourhood network supporting people aged 55 and over in Woodhouse, Little London, the University area and parts of Leeds city centre. They help older people stay independent, healthy and connected to their local community.
Support includes:
- social activities and outings
- befriending support
- practical help, including shopping support
- advice on benefits, money, debt, energy and home insulation
- help to stay independent and connected to your community
The service is for people aged 55 and over living in Woodhouse, Little London, the University area and parts of Leeds city centre.
