Support for young people from culturally diverse communities, run by Leeds Mind in partnership with Black Health Initiative.
The Culturally Diverse Minds team offers support for 10* to 25 year olds (*from school year 6) from culturally diverse communities who are struggling with their mental health. This could be due to identity, place, discrimination or racism, or anything else.
Based on shared personal experience and empathy, support focuses on strengths to help develop skills and strategies to maintain mental health and wellbeing. It’s designed with participants to meet their specific needs.
