The Dales Fell‑Being Project helps young adults aged 18 to 30 connect with nature in the Yorkshire Dales through guided outdoor activities that boost mental and physical wellbeing. Priority is given to young adults living in Inner East Leeds.
They offer:
- 6 free sessions of guided running, recreation and activities in the beautiful Dales landscapes
- opportunity to set goals with a qualified life coach and measure progress with a qualified run coach
- training by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority to build confidence to visit again
- an annual calendar of nearly 50 fell running events
- a gifted OS map of the area
- public transport information to support future journeys to the Dales
