Deaf Connect offers a helpline for deaf or hard of hearing people living in West Yorkshire, using BSL.
The helpline is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7.00pm to 11.00pm.
To access this service, you can text 0798 439 6001. You will then be given a time when the BSL trained staff will call or text you back. The call can be by text or Facetime, whichever you prefer.
