Domestic Abuse Recovering Together (DART) is a transformative group work programme developed by the NSPCC that empowers children and mothers to recover after experiencing domestic abuse. Over a 10-week journey, children aged 7 to 14 and their mothers come together to explore their experiences, learn effective coping strategies, and rebuild the parent-child relationships that are essential for healing.
