Feel Good Factor (FGF) is a charity that supports people to improve their health and wellbeing. Based in Chapeltown, they work with communities across Leeds to improve access to health opportunities, particularly for people who are most vulnerable or disadvantaged.
Groups and activities include:
- gardening group
- arts and crafts groups
- physical activity groups – including walking, swimming, yoga
- men’s group
- social groups
- day trips
- activities for children and families including family cycling and holiday clubs
- Leeds Sensory Services – including fortnightly Deaf cafe
