Looking for help for yourself or for a friend or family member? Forward Leeds offers a range of support including help for families, group work and support for young people.
You can also call to refer yourself or someone else or complete an online referral form. You will then be invited to an appointment to discuss your needs before being assigned a case manager who will work with you to support your recovery.
