Home Plus is a service which helps people to stay living independently through improving health at home, helping to prevent falls and cold related health conditions.
Home Plus is for Leeds residents who are struggling to heat their home or to pay heating bills. They also help people who may be at serious risk of falling, need help with repairs that are causing a hazard in their home or need information and advice to maintain independence. Check with the service to find out if you qualify for support.
