Hyde Park Source work with local communities to improve health and wellbeing by improving the surroundings. They run two gardening groups weekly helping to get outdoors, be active and feel well. They design and build attractive outdoor community spaces.
They also work with primary schools across Leeds to bring outdoor learning to children and their families.
