Support to Work Extra is a one-to-one support programme for disabled people who are applying for jobs, run by the charity Scope.
The programme is free and open to people who are:
- disabled or have an impairment or condition
- living in Leeds
- aged 16 and over
- looking for a paid job
You will get help from a specialist employment adviser to help you understand and achieve your career goals, including:
- confidence building
- writing your CV
- searching for jobs
- preparing for interviews
- career advice
- ongoing support once you’ve found a job, with things like pay and reasonable adjustments
