Leeds Survivor‑Led Crisis Service (LSLCS) offers free, person-centred support for people experiencing mental health crisis in Leeds, including crisis houses, helplines and peer support groups.
Adult services:
- Dial House – face-to-face emotional support and a safe space during evenings for people experiencing mental health crisis
- Dial House @ Touchstone – out-of-hours crisis support for people from culturally diverse backgrounds
- Deaf Services – crisis support and groups designed for Deaf people, including Deaf Connect Helpline, Deaf support group, and in person crisis support
- Leeds OASIS Crisis House – short-term residential support for adults experiencing mental health crisis (referral needed)
- Peer Support Groups – daytime groups where people can share experiences, build coping skills and connect with others. Groups include Sisterhood, Deaf Mental Health Group, and LGBTQ+ Group
Children and young people services:
- Safe Zone – face-to-face mental health crisis support for young people aged around 11-17 and their parents/carers in Leeds, BD4, BD11, WF3 and WF10
- Teen Connect Helpline – emotional support by phone, text or online chat for young people aged 11-18
- West Yorkshire and Barnsley Night OWLS Helpline – a confidential evening helpline for children, young people, their parents and carers across West Yorkshire and Barnsley who need someone to talk to
