Leeds Trinity University Student Support and Wellbeing offers free and confidential help for students with their mental health, wellbeing, disability needs, money worries and general student life.
Support available includes:
- mental health and wellbeing support – including one-to-one sessions and group support
- counselling services
- disability support, including reasonable adjustments
- student advice – available for general help and guidance
- money advice – including support with student finance
- signposting to other services – if further support is needed
Students can also access free online support through Togetherall, a 24/7 anonymous mental health and wellbeing service offering self-help tools, creative activities and a supportive online community.
