Live Well Leeds is a community-based mental health service for adults in Leeds. They support people with mild to moderate mental health needs, whether or not they have a diagnosis.
Support available includes:
- one-to-one mental health support
- wellbeing groups and courses – including creative and outdoor activities
- welcome cafés and social drop-ins
- peer support groups
- help to access other services such as housing, debt advice, and employment support
Live Well Leeds is available to adults aged 18+ (17+ for those moving from children’s mental health services) who live in Leeds or are registered with a Leeds GP.
