Mosaic Minds is a group for Global Majority* adults in Leeds who experience unusual sensory experiences, such as hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting or feeling things that others may not experience. These experiences may be linked to psychosis, but you do not need a diagnosis to be referred.
Support includes:
- a safe and welcoming space to talk about your experiences
- opportunities to meet and learn from other people with similar experiences
- support to better understand what you are experiencing
- practical ways to cope when your experiences are difficult or upsetting
- activities to support your wellbeing
- information about other sources of support
Referrals must be made by a professional, such as a GP, mental health worker, or someone from a community or voluntary organisation.
