Neighbourhood Network Schemes (NNS) are community based, locally led organisations that provide a range of services, activities and opportunities promoting the independence, health and wellbeing of older people throughout Leeds.
NNS offers advice and information, help around house, healthy living activities, social and activity groups, transport and general support.
