No Panic is a national charity that provides support for people living with panic attacks, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and other anxiety-related conditions. They also support carers and family members.
Support includes:
- a confidential helpline staffed by trained volunteers
- email support
- self-help recovery programmes
- Youth Mentoring Scheme
- CBT-focused mentoring services
- information and resources about anxiety, panic, phobias and OCD
- support for carers and family members
The helpline is open every day from 10am to 10pm. A 24-hour recorded breathing exercise is also available to help during a panic attack.
