Need urgent help?

NSPCC provides services to prevent child abuse, help rebuild children’s lives and support families. They work with schools and help children understand they have a right to feel safe and that they can speak to a trusted adult or Childline if they ever need help or support. They also offer online assemblies, supporting resources and face-to-face follow-on workshops in some areas.

They also provide therapeutic services to help children move on from abuse, as well as supporting parents and families in caring for their children.

The NSPCC also provides helpline advice and support to those concerned about a child, parent, carer or professionals seeking advice.

Call 0808 800 5000 from 8am and 10pm on Monday to Friday and 9am and 6pm at the weekends. Outside of these hours you can contact them by email at help@nspcc.org.uk.
