OCD Action support groups are peer-led phone, zoom and skype support groups and run by trained OCD Action volunteers.
They run both audio and video groups. The audio group can be accessed using either skype, mobile phone or landline phones. The video groups can be accessed using zoom for video groups. There are no call charges to join in. The skype, phone and zoom support group also has a closed Facebook group for participants to access.
Initially you can sign-up to a maximum of 3 support groups. After attending these at least once, you are welcome to sign-up to a further 1 or 2 support groups.
