Peer Support Plus offers weekly peer-facilitated support groups for adults in Leeds who want to learn from other people’s lived experiences and take responsibility for their own mental health to better manage it day by day:
- In-person on Wednesday afternoons at the Lovell Park Hub, Wintoun Street, Leeds LS7 1DA
- By Zoom on Tuesday evenings for people who can’t attend their in-person group due to barriers such as caring and work commitments, social anxiety and mobility. To help overcome digital exclusion, Peer Support Plus has some internet connected tablets for loan to people who don’t have access to a suitable digital device.
Their Support Groups are not ’drop-ins’ so please contact them to self-refer and speak to a real human.
