A national service for women who are experiencing or who have experienced domestic violence, their family, friends, colleagues and others calling on their behalf.

Call for confidential support and information from trained female helpline support workers.

The Helpline can give help and information over the telephone, wherever the caller might be in the country.

Translation facilities for callers whose first language is not English, and a service for callers who are deaf or hard of hearing are available.

They offer British Sign Language (BSL) service open on Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Here you will find a BSL video about the service and how to use it safely. Users can click on the button to connect with an interpreter via a video call, who will then connect the user with the Helpline.

Deaf women can also receive support through the text-based live chat service, open on Monday to Friday, 3pm to 10pm.

Website provides guidance and support for potential victims, as well as those who are worried about friends and loved ones.
