Need urgent help?

Online peer support group meeting weekly to help people find ways to care for their own mental health needs.

Self-care sessions could be the group for you if you often find yourself burnt out after looking after everyone else, but have no time or energy left for yourself. Learn how to carve out time for you, swap unhealthy coping strategies, listen and share with others who understand and develop new strategies to help you manage stress.

The self- care group meets online using Zoom on Tuesdays from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm and is aimed at those who are struggling with their mental health and might have experienced trauma.

The group is free to attend, for anyone aged 18 and over, and run by Health for All, which is based in South Leeds.
