Their emergency helpline is for urgent cases of homelessness, including when people:
- have nowhere to sleep that night
- are at imminent risk of homelessness
- are worried about losing their home in the next two months
- are at risk of harm or abuse in their home

If you can’t find what you’re looking for on Shelter’s website, you could try their webchat service, which is available on weekdays from 8.00am to 6.00pm (not bank holidays).
