Occupational therapy group programme for people who feel their mental health difficulties are impacting on their lives and want help to make changes.
At Shore-Up, they understand that mental health difficulties get in the way of being able to do all the things we want to do in our lives, which can lead to lives that feel dissatisfying. They recognise that although there may not be ongoing crisis or intensive support needed, that doesn’t mean everything is OK.
- Do you have long term mental health difficulties but don’t need, want or haven’t been offered support from mental health services?
- Have you struggled to access mental health services?
- Do you ‘manage to cope’ but experience challenges in everyday life because of your mental health difficulties?
- Do you want to make changes, but you aren’t sure where to start?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the Occupational Therapy group programme from Shore-Up might be for you. You don’t need a diagnosis to access the group, theyre’re interested in how you feel your mental health difficulties impact on your life.
You can refer yourself or be referred by your support worker or health professional.
