Sikh Mental Health & Wellbeing


Sikh Mental Health & Wellbeing work with the Sikh and diverse South Asian communities to help promote, improve, and transform their mental health and wellbeing. They help empower people in these communities to access culturally sensitive services and support by providing guidance in Panjabi, helping break down barriers and promote integration, dignity, and choice.

What they do:

  • Deliver awareness workshops/sessions on topics affecting the community.
  • Help identify and sign post local services.
  • Promote the use of self-help/natural techniques to aid wellbeing.
  • Arrange community events and nature walks to encourage wellbeing combined with meditation techniques.
