Sikh your mind is a telephone helpline open from Monday to Sunday from 7pm to 9pm. You can call Sikh your mind if you’re feeling angry, upset, scared, stressed, confused, alone and trapped with your thoughts. You can also contact if you’re dealing with relationship issues or struggling with life and unable to make sense of your experiences.

You can speak to trained clinicians either in English or Punjabi.

The services also aims to increase awareness of mental health difficulties in the Sikh community.
