SMART Recovery (SMART) is a science-based programme to help people manage their recovery from any kind of addictive behaviour including alcohol and drugs use and gambling.
SMART meetings are open to anyone struggling with the problems of addictive behaviour. They are led by someone who is themselves in recovery and the purpose of meetings is to help each other through mutual support and open and confidential discussion.
