Springback self defense and recovery sessions offers Wing Chun Kung Fu and learning from domestic abuse support work. The sessions aim to reduce fear, increase awareness, improve safety and help women feel safer.
They also share skills and techniques that improve focus and awareness and enhance the natural ability to defend yourself.
Each session will be a mixture of discussion regarding personal safety and Kung Fu exercises to improve your physical self-defence skills.
Classes suit any ability .
There are no regular weekly classes at the moment (summer 2023) but groups can request sessions and some short courses will be organised from different venues over the coming year.
