The West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is completely confidential and offers advice and support that can help with a range of issues. The Hub services are free to everyone who works in health, social care and voluntary and community service organisations, large or small in West Yorkshire, and is in addition to the support offered by your own workplace.
The Hub is not a crisis service but provides support for staff struggling with work related mental and emotional distress. People who are experiencing a mental health crisis should call NHS 111 and select the Mental Health option.

West Yorkshire Staff Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is closing at the end of March 2026. In order to manage the closure, they are not taking new referrals to their 1:1 therapy service.
People currently receiving therapy through the service will continue to the end of their planned sessions. Some team support options will continue during the transition period, subject to staff availability. If you need support, please check with your organisation’s occupational health team for the options available to you.
