Zest offers support and opportunity to people living in disadvantaged areas of Leeds to promote happy and healthy lifestyles.
Zest is based at the Old Fire Station in Gipton offers activities which improve physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. You can find their current events and activities on their Facebook page, which include activity and craft based groups.
Actvities also include Gipton men’s group; Impact, a weekly men’s group that offers a place to learn skills and access training, the Late Breakfast Club weekly men’s group; Links, a group for 16 to 25 year old men; Men that Munch men’s group; Monday Men’s Group; Nowell Mount Men’s Group and Offline and Outside, an activity group for men aged 16 to 25 years old.
