Being You Leeds runs groups activities seven days a week, including evenings & weekends, at community venues across Leeds
Our groups offer fun, welcoming sessions that focus on activities chosen by members. The current timetable includes walking, cycling, arts, knitting, and much more. In addition, we help people set up new sessions based on their own interests and ideas.
Each group aims to help people stay well, learn new things, and connect with others in their communities. As a result, participants can enjoy a sense of belonging and improved wellbeing. Anyone in Leeds aged 16 and over is welcome to join.
Booking is essential. Contact the staff member listed on your favourite activity to reserve a place.

Please note: Being You Leeds is not a crisis service, and we cannot provide immediate help during a mental health crisis.
However, if you’re struggling with your mental health, you’re always welcome to join our wellbeing groups. Our trained staff will listen, offer support, and help you connect with specialist mental health services when you need them.
In this way, we make sure you can access the right help and continue feeling supported in a safe, friendly environment.
