MindWell plasma screen

MindWell promotional slide to use on plasma or other screen displays, for example in GP surgeries, health centres, universities or colleges or places of work. The slide has information about MindWell so people know what to expect from the website. Anyone in Leeds is welcome to download the slide to display in their place of work, study or where they volunteer.

MindWell email signature

MindWell promotional email banner to be used beneath the signature area in emails. It has a link to the MindWell website and Twitter and encourages anyone who reads it to ‘Tell a mate about MindWell’ and share the message about where to find mental health information in Leeds. Anyone working, studying, volunteering or living in Leeds is welcome to download the email banner and set it as part of their email signature.

How are you feeling? leaflets

We work together with Public Health at Leeds City Council to produce the How are you feeling? leaflet. It gives an introduction to key services in the city and some simple self-help information. Leaflets are free to order from the Leeds Public Health Resource Centre.

Feel Like You’ve Had Enough? (Leeds Crisis Card)

This resource is an information sheet which folds up into a handy pocket sized card. The cards are designed to be used by anyone who feels like they have had enough, or is experiencing a crisis, to find help and support.

The cards provide information on a range of services – from money advice to support with domestic violence, as well as mental health crisis services.

They are produced by Leeds City Council Public Health, and are free to order from the Public Health Resource centre (reference L155 for the leaflet and P655 for the poster version)
