Call NHS 111 and choose the mental health option. NHS 111 is free and available 24/7 for physical or mental health concerns.
A trained adviser will ask a few questions and help connect you with the most appropriate service for your needs.

If you’re in immediate danger
If you’ve injured yourself, taken an overdose, or feel at immediate risk of harming yourself or your baby:
- Call 999 and ask for an ambulance, or
- Go to your nearest A&E
