Look online at Leeds Libraries catalogue and search ‘mindfulness’. They have many books, eBooks and eAudiobooks available free to library members, from mindful gardening to mindful crochet, or taking daily pauses to running mindfully.

Tools and apps

Be Mindful is an online four week course for reducing stress, depression and anxiety. It guides you through the elements of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). There is a free trial, but the full course costs about £30. You can find out more on the NHS apps library.
