‘Quick links’ for use in primary care patient communication systems
We have worked with GP practices to develop a series of ‘Quick links’ to help people save time and quickly share information. Each ‘quick link’ includes a brief description and covers the following mental health information:

Translation and accessibility
Translating information into different languages and accessibility tools
MindWell content can be translated into a wide range of languages, including Urdu, Panjabi, Polish, Arabic, Romanian and Ukrainian. Click on the green Accessibility button on the top right-hand side of the website to open the Recite Me toolbar. The button turns yellow when you click or hover over it. Read our user guide for full instructions on how to use our accessibility tool for translating content.

A4 leaflet that can be folded to pocket size containing information for places to call, face-to-face help and support by text or online chat. Share as a PDF or download and print.
Feel Like You’ve Had Enough? (Leeds Crisis Card)
This resource is an information sheet which folds up into a handy pocket sized card. The cards are designed to be used by anyone who feels like they have had enough, or is experiencing a crisis, to find help and support.
The cards provide information on a range of services – from money advice to support with domestic violence, as well as mental health crisis services.
They are produced by Leeds City Council Public Health, and are free to order from the Public Health Resource centre (reference L155 for the leaflet and P655 for the poster version)
How are you feeling? leaflets
We work together with Public Health at Leeds City Council to produce the How are you feeling? leaflet. It gives an introduction to key services in the city and some simple self-help information. Leaflets are free to order from the Leeds Public Health Resource Centre.
